The company was born from the fusion of two seemingly disparate concepts: empathy and corporate business. The founder, Daniel Pinha, a Brazilian-American university professor and a visual and performing artist, has long been intrigued by the similarities and differences between the life of an artist and that of an executive. Through his experiences, he has come to understand the power of combining empathy, art, and business in creating a fresh and effective creative process that can benefit all stakeholders and drive the growth of a company. He understands that our extensive background and experience in film, television, and theater can be a powerful asset to connect and engage various audiences. He believes that the techniques and strategies used in these mediums can be effectively utilized in corporate and business settings to create impactful and memorable experiences for companies, employees and clients. Name and Logo
The name "Giiraf" is derived from the giraffe, the mammal animal with the largest heart and tallest stature on land. Giiraf's skills bring a positive influence to your company by emphasizing the importance of human emotions and experiences, combined with a broad perspective that enables stakeholders to see beyond the surface. The name "Giiraf" sounds similar to "Giraffe", but with slight variations in the lettering to symbolize the strength of genuine involvement and interaction among people. The logo, depicting a "Pi'' symbol, represents the two pillars of our company, the connection between the heart and mind represented by a giraffe's long neck and the support between two entities. Art serves as a means to evoke emotions and connect with the intangible aspects of our humanity. By combining this with the tangible elements of science, represented by the mathematical constant Pi, we have created a visually appealing representation of our mission. The logo featuring Pi and the two titles from the letter i above symbolizes the harmonious fusion of art and corporate business, which is at the core of our company's values.
